At an early age, Dorothy attended school in Lewisville, AR. Over the years, Mrs. Sanders was deeply loved and gained many friends along the way. At age 71 in Texarkana, AR, she entered eternal rest on , March 2nd, 2021. May she be kept in perfect peace forever. Mrs. Sanders leaves to cherish her precious memories; four daughters, Janice McCree-Overton and her husband Adrian Nicholson, Dorcas McCree-White both of Texarkana, AR, Ardia Y. McCree of Little Rock, AR, Bridget Sanders of Texarkana, Texas; one son, Michael Sanders of Austin, TX; brothers, Jack Rawls of Chicago, Illinois, Clarence Rawls and his wife Cynthia Rawls of Little Rock, AR, and Larry Joe Henry of Midland, TX; sister, Mary Hollins and her husband Chris Hollins of Texarkana, AR; special niece, Kimberly Nicole Williams; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, also the Briggs family, other close relatives and friends. Public visitation will be 6 pm - 7 pm CST Friday, March 8, 2021 at McFadden & Hitchye Memorial Chapel, 411 S. Walnut St., Hope, AR.
