Dorothy Lee McDowell (Villines), 75, of Detroit, Michigan, passed Friday, October 27, 2017. She was born to Charles Paul Villines, and Carrol May Villines, May 18, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan. She married Henry McDowel in 2010, and they lived together in Detroit. She leaves to cherish her memory three children with Fred Gibson (deceased)  Carl Williams,  Serena Cobbs, and Charles Gibson (deceased); two brothers, Philip Villines and Christopher Villines; four grandchildren, Roxanne Gibson, Felicia Gibson,  Kevin Williams, and Fredrick Williams; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Lee worked as a Homemaker until her health attempted to slow her down. She also volunteered as a missionary for Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses (Detroit,MI) from 2011 to 2014 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
