Daryel Cotton also known as "Uncle D" of Buffalo, New York passed away Sunday, November 19, 2017. He was born October 23, 1957.

Daryel was a loving father, grandfather, uncle and friend. Former mechanic and auto technician, Daryel took great pride in his ability to fix vehicles as he had done for the last 40 plus years of his life. Daryel's easy smile and gut-busting laughter will be greatly missed throughout the community and Bethel Baptist Church. Daryel graduated from Lafayette High School class of 1977.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Cotton; father, Maurice Cotton; and brother, Harold Cotton.

He is survived by three children: son, Daryel Cotton Jr.; daughter, Charlanna Cotton; and son, Nicholas Atkinson; four grandchildren, Jamirra Johnson, Javette Johnson, Javonni Johnson, and James Johnson Jr.; and a brother, Maurice Cotton Jr.
