Clarence Edward Macklin was born to the late Louis and Sarah Macklin on November 25, 1950 in Brunswick County. He entered eternal rest on November 18, 2019 at his home in Richmond, Virginia.
Clarence received his education in Brunswick County.
He was baptized and joined Poplar Mount Baptist Church at an early age.
Clarence was a laborer in Richmond.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tarja Moore; two sons, Kenneth Wilson and Lester Tucker; one brother, Roscoe Macklin.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his children; Beverly Joyner-Singleton, Trevete Britt, Meeshia Anderson, Rodney Cook, Donell Lee and Calvin Banks ; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters, Bernice Mickey, Florence Powell (Washington) and Sarah Cain; one brother, Herbert Macklin; one sister-in-law, Gail Macklin and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
