Clare M. Christian August 30, 1939 - December 12, 2016 Bonaire, GA- Clare M. Christian passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 3:00PM in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Clare was born on August 30, 1939 in upstate New York to the late Emil and Olive Krauer. She was a hard worker with excellent work ethic. Clare was compassionate, unconditionally loving, and always put others first. She was a wonderful mother, a loving grandmother, and a matriarch of the family who will be greatly missed. Along with her parents, Clare is preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond Christian, Jr., her daughter Tammy Williams, and granddaughter Christy Hester. She is survived by her daughters Dora King (Scott) and Lora Wise both of Savannah; one son, Raymond Christian of Statesboro; daughter, Jeannie Williamson (Danny) of Bonaire; son-in-law Warren Williams of Byron; Six grandchildren, April, Marcia, Erin, Scott, Cliff, and Mandy; and several great and great great grandchildren.
