Christopher Anthony Pappas, 39, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Thursday,
September 1, 2022.

Christopher was a proud single parent, son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin. He
leaves to cherish in his memory, his daughter, Alexia Lincoln; mother, Monique Coronel;
father, Andrew John Pappas, Jr. and his wife Roxanna Pappas; siblings, Nicole
Pappas, Anna Pappas and Alexander Pappas; Nieces, Alyssa Mullinax and Alena
Pappas as well as extended family and friends.

Christopher expanded his career through a variety of vocations, primarily in
engineering design dimension control. He was a member of the Isle of Faith United
Methodist Church in Jacksonville, Florida where he served faithfully at events to
include their outreach mission to the Dominican Republic for medical ministries.
Christopher was very passionate in his role as the director/representative to the
Mission House Inc. where he prepared delicious meals for the homeless and
coordinated successful fundraisers for the kitchen operation. Christopher contributed
to children’s Sunday school and shared his faith with everyone he encountered.

He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go fishing, kayaking, hiking, and camping.
Christopher grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia but as he loved to travel, he moved from
Virginia to Massachusetts to Mississippi and finally ended up in Florida where he dreamt of staying close to the ocean. His hobbies included collecting comic books,
video games, puzzles, action figures, board games, and collecting hats. Christopher
always welcomed friendly competition in his all-time favorite game of Chess.

Christopher’s favorite pastime was cooking for family, friends, and his community. He
entertained any company he kept by singing along to his favorite genres of music
including classic rock, hip hop, and some country favorites such as Johnny Cash. His sense of humor brightened the day making every moment memorable.

Christopher was loved and will be missed by many. A Celebration of Life will be held on
Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Isle of Faith United Methodist Church,
1821 San Pablo Road South, Jacksonville, FL 32224.

The family will receive friends at that time with a reception to follow. In his honor,
please wear his favorite color, blue, reflecting his love for life.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be sent to Mission House Inc. 800
Shelter Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32250.
