Charles Brown, 79, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed on February 03, 2021. Charles was born on July 08, 1941. Charles Jewel Brown was the only child of Virginia and Charles Brown, Sr. of West Virginia. Charles completed school and joined the army. Charles spent 23 years in the army and reached the rank of Major. Charles was married to Virginia and produced three children from that union. Two daughters, Marsha Lynn Holmes (Kevin Holmes) and
Charline Brown of Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Charles Jewel Brown, III (Alexandria) reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Charles is survived by a half brother John Brown of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Charles was preceded in death by one son Charles Christopher Brown. Charles leaves behind to grieve his grandchildren - Angelica and Alexis Holmes of Shepherdstown, West Virginia; Devin Brown Fenton of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and a host of relatives and friends.
