Charles Darwin Vance was born October 5, 1973 to Linda and Thomas Vance in Evansville, Indiana. He left home to be with our heavenly father on October 6, 2015. Early in his childhood he joined New Hope Baptist Church and soon joined the choir. Charles loved singing for the Lord that was one of many talents people loved about him. He had a beautiful voice.

Charles graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in 1991. He later married his high school sweet heart, Joyce Vance. During high school, Charles and Joyce had a beautiful baby girl named La'Toyia Vance who he loved more than anything. Charles worked for Walts Trucking Company, and was with them for many years.

Charles leaves behind his mother- Linda Vance; wife- Joyce Vance; daughter- Latoyia Vance; grandchild- Major Vance and a host of nieces and nephews, along with lots more family and friends. Charles will truly be missed and never forgotten.
