We are gathered here today to mourn the passing of the one and only Brenda Cooper, who graced us with her presence on 03/22/1947 and said her final goodbye on 05/06/2023. Brenda was a beloved resident of Los Angeles, California, United States, where she lived her life to the fullest.

Brenda was the daughter of Tommy Cooper and Mae Drake, who probably must have taught her to be as wickedly funny as she was. After studying in Paris high school high school, Brenda graduated in 1965. She then went on to establish herself as the master of all trades, a jack of none, a wearer of pants—because who has the time to wear skirts? She was an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, a best friend to all animals, except for butterflies. She never did trust anything with wings.

Brenda was known for her sharp wit and her ability to make everyone laugh, no matter how tough the situation. She had a heart of gold and would go out of her way to help anyone in need, as long as it didn't involve physical labor or dealing with bees.

Despite all her achievements, Brenda always said that her greatest accomplishment was being a mother to her daughter Brigitte Booten. Brigitte was her pride and joy, and Brenda made sure to teach her everything she knew about life, love, and laughter. Her daughter Brigitte also made her a Grandmother to 6 ; Darron, Dia, Jazmin, Don’Nay, Don’Nique, Don’Naya. Her pride and joys.

She leaves behind her Daughter Brigitte Booten of Bakersfield, Ca. Grandchildren Darron Hemmans, Dia Hemmans, Donnay Cole, Donnique Cole, Jazmin Striggs , and Donnaya Cole. Great-Grandchildren Dalaysia Hunt, Semaj Goosby, Kaylah Jones, and Ace Clark. Her mother Mae Drake,brother Jerry Fuller and a ton of nieces,nephews and friends.

So, here's to Brenda Cooper, who may have left us, but her memory will always live on in our hearts. We hope she's up there in heaven making all the angels laugh and that she has finally found her peace.
