WOODING, Betty Age 81, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016. She was born on November 11, 1935 in Burnwell, W. Virginia. Betty graduated salutatorian from Simmons H. S. Shortly thereafter, she relocated to Dayton, OH where she worked for WPAFB and eventually retired from Carriage Inn Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Few; son, Erwin Wooding; mother, Mattie Lee Wells Wooding; father, Edward Roscoe Wooding; brothers, John, Samuel, & Clarence and sisters, Ethel, Vivian, Kathryn and Hazel. She is survived and loved by her daughters, Zena (Nate) Williams, Benita and Dola Wooding; sons, Anthony, Darryl and Andre Wooding; sister, Imogene (Joe) Branch. Betty is also survived and loved by many grandchildren, great, grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relaltives and friends. Home going services will be held 12:00 p.m., SATURDAY, November 26, 2016 at THE INSPIRATIONAL CHURCH, 2900 Philadelphia Dr., with Reverend Cory Cunningham, officiating.
