BETTY A. GRAFF, 79 CEDARVILLE - Betty A. Graff, 79, of Cedarville, died Saturday December 21, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 15, 1934 in Freeport, Il, the daughter of Casimir and Esther (Biehl) DeMeester. Betty worked at Micro Switch for 34 years and after that she worked for the Clothing Bin for five years. She was a 1952 graduate of Aquin High School. She loved following the Chicago Bears and playing euchre. Betty loved nature. Family and friends were a very important part of her life. Betty is survived by her son Steve (Dianna) Graff of Texas; her daughter Cathy (Robert) Osterberger of Cedarville, IL; her brother Robert (Diane) DeMeester of South Carolina; her sister-in-law Janet DeMeester-Luy of Freeport, IL; four grandchildren Jessica (Matt) Uftring, Nathan (Joan) Osterberger, Lauren Graff, and Joshua Graff; three great-grandchildren Payton, Lucy and Cayden; and her dog Buddy. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Dick. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2013 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport with the Rev. Bob Camacho officiating. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service at Burke-Tubbs. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
