Survived his loving wife of 40 years, MARY K. Reid, and beloved children Bembe Brantly Reid lll, Tyler Reid, and Carolyn J. Reid. Preceded in death by his PARENTS, Bembe Brantly Reid Sr., and Mildred W. Hunter-Reid. Survived by his sister, Donna J Reid, and two brothers, GARRY W. Reid, and Trent J. Reid. 

Born in Stony Hill, Jamaica, Bembe "Coach" Reid was the second eldest of four children. At age 13, Coach Bembe moved to Kingston, Jamaica with his parents and siblings, where he fell in love with the game of soccer. He was an outstanding soul and a strong father figure to most everyone around him. He was a caring and mild mannered man who preached the importance of "One Love" and peace. In his later years Coach Bembe took his passion for the game of soccer and begin to teach the game to young men and boys in his community. He was a great husband, father, and son. Coach Bembe will be missed my many.
