Antonio Simão Da Silva, 82, passed on January 9, 2022. He was born to Simao Antonio da Silva and Rosa Jacinto Diogo in Malanje, Angola on October 19, 1940.

Together they raised 5 children David da Silva, Frederico da Silva (Maria J.C. Da Silva), Rosa da Silva (Patrick Pulver), Simão da Silva (Karina da Silva), Engracia da Silva. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

Antonio graduated from Liceu Salvador Correia in 1958 and received a degree from the Paris University - Sorbone Paris in Frances in 1981.

Antonio worked at Container Corporation of America Philadelphia Production and Quality Control until he retired in 1992 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He also volunteered at the Political Revolution for Angola Liberation. Antonio was honored by being a part of the first Transition Government of Angola in 1975.

We remember him a revolutionary man of integrity, a father of the Angola liberation from its colonial forces and a man who dedicated a life to his family and unusual multitasking abilities
