FLY LITTLE ANGEL, FLY

Like the little sparrow Anita darted in and out with hurried speed,

Looking after the other little sparrow's need was her solemn creed.

With an anxious speed,The words

Slow Down, Anita,She would not heed,

Until her wings were broken.

Perched

And forever wanting to fly Again,

With the Lord as her savior, Her wings

She knew would someday be restored,

And she would no longer be bored.

She trusted in the Lord,

And while she slept Her wings He restored.

She has left her perch, And is there no more.

Fly Little Angel, Fly little Angel

Fly High little Angel, Fly high little Angel,

your worries are no more.
