Amelia GaetaEastland, TXAmelia Gaeta, 82 of Eastland, passed away Sunday May 21, 2017 at home in Eastland. Services will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday at the Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Andrews officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Tuesday, 6:00PM to 9:00PM.Mrs. Gaeta was born on November 6, 1934 to Felipe Rodriquez and Jesuita Castro Rodriquez. She married Gil Gaeta, Sr. on May 24, 1952. He preceded her in death on April 12, 2007. She was a food service worker, retiring from Eastland ISD. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brothers and sisters, Clemente Rodriquez, Leopoldo Rodriquez, Phillip Rodriquez, Esther Hernandez, Rebbeca Garcia, and Frank Garcia.Survivors include three sons, Gil Gaeta, Jr. (Lisa) of Eastland, Leopoldo Gaeta (Margaret) of Ft. Worth, and Arthur Wayne Gaeta (Cathy) of Waxahachie; grandchildren, Michael P. Gaeta (Athena), Brandon L. Gaeta, Jarrod Porter, Brandi Gaeta, Lisa Gaeta; great-grandchildren, Ethan Dreyer, Will Dreyer, Bryce Dreyer, Amelia (Mallie) Dreyer, Gil R.
