Alice Johnson, 65, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed Thursday, November 29, 2001. Alice was born to Marshal, and Dorthy, March 12, 1936 in Phoenix, Arizona. She married Fredrick in 1955, and they lived together in Phoenix. Alice worked as a Nurse for Banner Hospital until she retired in 1985. She also volunteered as the Church Secretary in 1985-2001 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. Her inner strength inspired everyone she came into contact with. Her home, was always open to all neighboring children, her kitchen was never closed. She and Fredrick loved to travel and be with their grandchildren, and in addition to their many travels, she became a glass artisan creating beautiful fused glass pieces. She will be always remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and whose greatest passion was helping others.

Alice is survived by 3 children: Andrea Johnson, Leo Johnson (Maggie Johnson), and Samantha Howell (Stanley Howell). She also is survived by 5 grandchildren Dustin Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Shelly Howell, Jonathan Howell, Zac Howell.
