He was the first born to the union of late Mammie and Alford Jackson. He is remembered most for his adventurous spirit, cooking, sense of humor, bravery and dedication to family, friends and his country.

He is a veteran of the Vietnam war, serving the US Army as an Airborne Infantry Soldier for 14 years. The survival skill and patriotism he learned innthe army never left him, as friends and family will attest.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, father, his daughter Sharon Jackson, his son Ronald Jackson and grandson Ronald Jackson Jr.

Cherishing his memories are his children Donald Jackson, Cassandra Wright, Kenneth Jackson of Birmingham Alabama and a host of 12 grandchildren, cousins, neices and nephews.
