Alan Ray Smith, Sr., 65. of Charlotte, died December 10, 2016. He was born on November 1, 1951 in Charlotte, NC. He will be greatly missed by his loving family.Survivors include his son Alan, Jr. and wife Alisa of Huntersville; daughters, Angela Baker and husband Curtis of Matthews and Patricia Smith of Charlotte; 6 grandchildren, Courtney, Keegan, Katelyn, Christa, Seth and Justin; and 1 great-grandchild, Jayden.
