Billy is survived by his father, William Ward of Miami, Fl. Mother, Elnora Cook of Columbus, OH. His love and best friend of 32 years Joann Schwind of Groveport, OH. One Son Matthew Ward (Christin) of Bladenboro, NC. Stepdaughter Debra Burgy of Columbus, OH. Stepson John Schwind 4th of Columbus, OH. Three sisters, Lisa Lindsey (Rocky) of Groveport, OH. Denise Bryant of DeBary, FL. Tonya Dube of Abu Dhabi. Three grandchildren; Samuel Ward of Bladenboro, NC, Haley & Eric Burgy of Columbus, OH. Many nieces, nephews, family and friends who will greatly miss and cherish his memory.

Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, September 10, 2020. At 376 Tallman Street, Columbus, Ohio from 2:00 to 6:00pm.
