Stiner, William "Bill" died suddenly on Wednesday, December, 14, 2016 in his home located in Sarasota, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Bonny Stiner of 54 years, his three children, William "Billy" Stiner of Arbutus, MD, Kimberly Salyers of Severna Park, MD, and Amy Turner of Lithia, FL, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Also survived by his sisters, Nancy Messick of Arbutus, MD, Gloria Steele of Elkridge, MD, sister-in-law Joy Stickney of Sarasota, FL and his beloved dog, Sandy. Preceded in death by his parents Edith and William Stiner. Bill was born on June 5, 1942 in Baltimore, MD and a loyal fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens. He enjoyed watching the off season practice of the Baltimore Orioles at their Florida practice location. Bill also enjoyed working out, going to the beach, and spending time with his friends and family. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the SPCA.
