William K. Porter1950 - 2014William K. Porter, 64, of Kenosha died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, at his home.He was born on June 9, 1950, in Kenosha the son of the late Kenneth and Katherine (Oakes) Solberg.He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Tremper High School. He married Cindy Churchill in Kenosha on April 23, 2010. He worked as a cook at various restaurants in the area.He enjoyed cheering the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. Survivors include his wife Cindy of Kenosha, a son Eric Chart of South Carolina; two step-sons, William Churchill and Jeffrey Jacob both of Kenosha; three sisters, Joanne Stroobosscher of Kenosha, Launette Carravetta of Caledonia and Leeann (Carl) Houlette of Stoughton and two grandchildren.He was preceded in death by three sisters, Janice Demoulin, Barbara Carr and Kayleen Porter.A gathering time with the family will be Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, from 4-6 p.m. at Kenosha Funeral Services.
