William "Boyd" Pendlebury, 73, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.Boyd was born on Jan. 13, 1944 in Blackfoot to Neeland Pendlebury and Artie Borrowman.Boyd graduated from Blackfoot High School and married the love of his life, Nancy Frasure on June 29, 1963 in Blackfoot, Idaho. Together they had two daughters; Lori and Christine.Shortly after they were married, they moved to Boise, where he ran his own carpet business. They later moved back to Blackfoot to care for his father, where Boyd resided until his passing.Boyd worked as a carpet layer with his business partner Wes Brodie, a handyman, and a utility operator at the INL. He enjoyed working on cars and with his hands fixing anything that was broken. He was always willing to help anyone out who needed it.Boyd loved to fish, camp, ride four-wheelers, boat,and participate in a bowling league with his wife. Above all else, Boyd loved his children and grandchildren with all of his heart. They were his whole world.Boyd is survived by his wife, Nancy; his two daughters, Lori (Nick) Cook of Anaconda, Montana, and Christine (Jeff) Chris, of Aberdeen; his brothers Dean Pendlebury of Washington, and Albert Pendlebury of Blackfoot; his sister Kathie Evans of Blackfoot; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.?Boyd is preceded in death by his parents, Neeland and Artie, his brother Leon Pendlebury, and a grandson Justin Chris.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m Saturday, March 4 at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S.
