William Lyons, 77, of Brooklyn New York, passed Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was born to George Lyons, and Ernestine Clayton, June 01, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York.

William graduated from Bushwick High School in 1959. He married Louise Lyons in January 1970, and they lived together in Brooklyn. William worked at NYC TRANSIT until he retired in 1998.

William is survived by 4 children: William Jr., Trevor, Lisa (Robert Thornton), and Edward (Kim Lyons). He also is survived by 7 grandchildren.
