William Kenneth "Kenny" DonaldsonBUCKEYE LAKE: A celebration of life visitation for William Kenneth "Kenny" Donaldson, 48, of Buckeye Lake, will be held from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, 2017, in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service; 285 East Main Street in Kirkersville. Kenny died early Tuesday, April 18, 2017, following complications from surgery. He was born on October 23, 1968, the son of the late Frank Wayne and Carolyn Ruth (Redd) Donaldson. He was a graduate of Deland H.S. in Deland, Florida, class of 1987, and was a department manager at Walmart in Heath for 10 years. Kenny was a member of the Christian Life Center in heath; and loved sports: Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals, and enjoyed participating in fantasy baseball and football leagues.He is survived by his loving family: his wife Rachel, whom he married on July, 28, 2002, his two sons Matthew and Dillon; his brother Michael (Kathleen) Donaldson of Florida; his mother-in-law Bonnie (Stan) Mansfield of Buckeye Lake; aunt Marilyn (Jerry) Ulry, aunt Donna Barnes and uncle Bob (Sandy) Donaldson; along with several cousins, many friends and his church family at Christian Life Center.He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents Rev. William K. and Glenna Redd.The family prefers that memorials be directed to the Matthew and Dillon Donaldson Education fund, c/o Park National Bank, Hebron, Ohio; for the boys future education needs.Kenny shared the gift of life by donating to Lifeline of Ohio Organ procurement.
