William (Billy) Shimp Jr., 34, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed Tuesday, May 05, 2020. William (Billy) was born to William Charles Shimp Sr., and Katherine Shimp, April 23, 1986 in Kansas City, Missouri. He got engaged to Stacie Duff on December 5th, 2019. They lived together in their home in Independence, Mo. 

Billy was a bright man with many ideals and passions. He loved welding. He also enjoyed working on vehicles, fixing things around the house, and designing his own furniture. 

Billy was a complex man but he had a heart of gold. He always did things for people without even having to think about it. He was quick witted but he wore his heart on his sleeve. He may be gone but will never be forgotten.
