Wise, Walter H.85, Kimberly, Walt passed away Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017 and is now reunited with his wife, together with the Lord. Walt was born on August 11, 1932 in Plymouth, Indiana to the late Walter A. and Dulcia (Hewitt) Wise. He graduated from Culver Highschool. Walt enlisted in the United States Navy and was stationed on Guam during the Korean Conflict. Walter was united in marriage to Dorothy Prausa on July 28, 1963. He worked as an electronics technician for several companies eventually retiring with the Honeywell Company. He was a devoted Christian and member of Eternal Love Ev. Lutheran Church, Appleton. Walter was very dedicated to and loved spending time with his family. He was always cheerful and had positive attitude.He will be greatly missed by his daughter, Yvonne Hill, Green Bay; son, Wally Wise, Kimberly; four grandchildren: Alyssa (Chris) Reed, Tara (Joe) Forst, Cassandra Gremore and Brandon Hill; two great grandchildren: Abbie and Benjamin. Walter was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dorothy; two brothers: Ron and Roger (Mary Lou) Wise and an infant sister, Clara Mildred.A Funeral Service for Walter will take place at 2 PM, on Sept. 23, 2017 at Eternal Love Lutheran Church (1011 Midway Road, Appleton) with Rev. David Backus officiating. Interment will be in Knollwood Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Saturday directly at church from 12 PM (Noon) until the time of services. A memorial fund is being established.
