William Theodore Sinclair Willams was born on November 20, 1946, in Newark, NJ to Annie and Theodore Williams.

He was the younger of the three children. He departed this life on Thursday, July 25, 2019. William was educated in the Union County Public Schools and graduated later at Frank H. Morell high School in Irvington, NJ.

William later relocated to Newark, NJ where he was employed at Newark Board of Education as Supervisor of Custodial Services in 1966. Later met Patricia Janette Miller to whom he soon after married and had 4 children Shakira Williams, Sheryl Williams, Shawn Williams and Jamar Williams.

William  had a heart of gold and helped many people in any way he can,  loved his family and his grandchildren, He was always a refuge dor his friends and family, outgoing and loved to plan cookouts for all to come together and have great time.

Williamis survived by his wife: Patricia Janette Miller-Williams; 4 Chilren: Shakira, Sheryl, Shawn and Jamar Williams all of Newark, NJ; Grand children: Isiah and Elijah Williams also of Newark, NJ; Great grandchild: Zuri Williams of Newark, NJ, First cousins: Khaheem McHellon, Tyrese Williams, and Kamoree Williams all of Newark, NJ. and a host of cousins, friends, and other relatives.
