Vickie went to be with the Lord on September 30,2019, in San Antonio, TX. Vickie was the only child of Ora lee skinner and was born in Marion Illinois . Vickie  was raised in San Antonio,Texas. She was survived by her  husband Robert Foshee, 1 daughter Tammy Ballance,3 Grandchildren Michael Eugene Diefenbach, Misty Lynn Harris and Cody Robert Diefenbach,and 3 Great Grandchildren Gregory foshee, Emily Harris and Lexi Diefenbach
