Vicki L. ThomasCHILLICOTHE - Vicki L. Thomas, 62, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at her home in Chillicothe. Vicki was born on May 26, 1954, to Margie (Finney) Maddox and Lenard Sibbing in Newport News, VA. She married Pat Thomas on Dec. 27, 1996. He survives.Surviving are her children: daughter, Megan (Bradley) Stenzel and their children, Avery and Owen, of Grayslake, IL, and son, Drew (Monica) Sibbing and their children, Jacob, Tabitha, Madeline and Caden, of San Antonio, TX; a sister, Trudy (Joe) Wright of Peoria; and a brother, Jay (Tammy Jo Johnson) Sibbing of Clinton, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother; father; stepfather, Ralph Maddox; and son, Joshua Kneisel. Vicki loved the outdoors, gardening, fishing and traveling. She truly loved her grandchildren and the time she got to spend with them. Vicki was a skilled florist for many years, last working for the Picket Fence in Chillicothe.Vicki's wishes were to be cremated and a celebration of life held on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016, from 12 noon to 3 p.m. at the V.F.W.
