Tyler Anthony SouvenierWAYNE: Tyler Anthony Souvenier, age 23, of Wayne, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Saturday (March 4, 2017) in Bradner, Ohio. He was born on March 12, 1993 in Fremont, Ohio to his loving mother, Kim (Souvenier) Rodriguez.Surviving Tyler are his mother, Kim of Wayne; step-sister, McKenzie Rodriguez of Findlay; grandparents, Kenneth & Theresa Souvenier of Gibsonburg; great-grandmother, Louise Souvenier of McClure; uncle, Kevin Souvenier of Bradner; aunt, Jessie Moore of Bradner; special aunt and uncle, John & Linda Kern of Helena; god parents, Tony Kern of Singapore, Amy Smith of Bowling Green; special companion and best friend, Bear; and many other special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Fred Souvenier, Gerald & Wilberta Kern; and cousin, Nate Kern.Tyler was a graduate of Bowling Green High School, and was currently working at the Goodwill Plant in Fremont. Among many hobbies he enjoyed shooting pool, playing poker, Frisbee golf, and spending time with his family and friends. Addiction is a horrible epidemic in our area, and Tyler's family would like to bring awareness to this situation to save others from this kind of pain. Addiction kills nice kids from nice homes who have bright futures, and it's a poison that's affecting families and communities in this area. Tyler might have lost his fight with addiction but his family would like to use their heartache to shine awareness on this horrible epidemic to save the lives of others.Friends will be received for a memorial visitation from 2-4 PM on Saturday March 18, 2017 at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 4PM.
