Otto, Thomas R. "Tom"Thomas Richard Otto of Neenah passed away Monday, February 20, 2017. He was born on October 2, 1936, to the late Irving and Viola (Tuyls) Otto in Fond Du Lac and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Neenah. Tom owned and operated Tom Otto Heating and Cooling since 1975. He played a significant role in the Neenah Youth Hockey organization, where he was an exceptional coach and mentor for many years. Tom was a true sportsman. He loved his Green Bay Packers and was in attendance at the 1967 Ice Bowl to watch the Packers take the title. Tom proudly served his country in the US Army. He was a doting grandfather and he was loved and adored by his friends and family. He is survived by his loving wife Jayne and their children: Cindy Otto-Koehn, Gregory (Petra) Otto, Becky (Christopher) Green, and Joel (Nadine) Otto; 9 grandchildren: Tylor, Callie (Charles), Sophia, Piper, Thomas, Keller, Drew, Klaus, and Ramsey; sister-in-law Karen (Roger) Ulrich; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.Tom was preceded in death by his brother Jerrold "Jerry" Otto, and brother-in-law Wayne Holmes. Family visitation will be TODAY, Thursday, February 23, 2017, from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 200 N. Commercial St., Neenah. Family services will be held at 1:00 PM with Rev. Paul Holte officiating. The family would like to thank Theda Care Regional Medical center for all they did as well as Dr. Freguson in Madison for his continual care and compassion.
