Theresa M. ZidarevichBattle Creek - Age 92, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at Glenn Arbor Hospice residence. Theresa was born on October 10, 1925 in Battle Creek, the daughter of Mike and Dora (Vlasic) Pavlekovich. She had been a lifelong resident of the area graduating from St. Philip School in 1944. She was united in marriage to John J. Zidarevich on June 1, 1946, he survives. She worked for the Kellogg Company from 1944 to 1948. She was a member of St. Philip Catholic Church and the Croation Fraternal Union. Theresa enjoyed reading, crocheting and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She also cooked the traditional Croation dishes. Surviving are her children, JoAnne (Fred) Ragla, Carol (James) Hufnagel and John M. Zidarevich all of Battle Creek; 4 grandchildren, Lisa (Bill) Forrest, Tony Ragla, Jill (Ryan) Fausey and Dawn (Jason) Bledsoe, 6 great grandchildren and a niece, Jan Rupert. Preceding her in death was a grandson, Brad Alan Hufnagel in 1992 and brothers, Carl and Michael Pavlekovich. Visitation will be held Sunday from 4 to 8:00 p.m., at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 6, 2017, at St. Philip Catholic Church with Fr. Francis Marotti officiating.
