SIDNEY — Teresa Lena Morrison, 53, of Sidney, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016.

She was born on March 26, 1963, in Piqua, Ohio, the daughter of the late Jerry Smith and Estella (Stewart) York.

On March 8, 1980, Teresa married Joe Morrison, and he survives along with two children, Teah Burkett, of Rushsylvania, and Joseph Morrison, of Lima; five grandchildren, Logan, Emma, Kiaria, Allison and Jaxson; and three siblings, Scott (Mary) Smith, of Rushsylvania, Marty (Keith) Frey, of Wapakoneta, and Susie (Brian) Faust, of Springboro.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry D. Smith.

Mrs. Morrison was homemaker and enjoyed reading, traveling and geology. Most of all, Teresa loved her family with whom she created many wonderful memories with.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016, at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home & Crematory, 302 S. Main Ave., Sidney, with the Rev. Philip K. Chilcote officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 10 a.m. until hour of service.
