Sue DeSpain Hurst, 78, of Bardstown, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at her residence. She was born on Dec. 5, 1936, in Louisville and was a homemaker for her family.She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hurst; and her parents, Charles R. and Virginia Durlauf DeSpain.Survivors include four children, four grandchildren and three sisters, all of Bardstown.The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy contributions have been requested to the: Hope for Hannah Fund.
