Luis D. Acosta , 72, passed on February 23, 2021. He was born to Jose and Maria on May 12, 1948.

He married Antonia in 1975 and they lived together in Bronx, New York. Together they raised 4 children Jorge, Lisa, Diego, Javier. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Luis served in the United States Navy for many years and then retired to become a bus driver in the Bronx.

Sadly, for the last couple weeks, Luis has been battling pneumonia and then diagnosed with covid-19. His health took a turn for the worst and caused him to be sent with our lord on February 23,2021 in his home with all his children and grandchildren by his side.

He was truly a special person in our lives and will never be forgotten.
