Former Swedish resident, Stefan Sven Carlsson, 85, died Dec. 08, 2019 at home in Nashville, TN. 

A private service will be held over the Christmas holiday in Sweden. 

Mr. Carlsson was born in Jönköping, Sweden on September 13th, 1934 to Agnatha and Lars Carlsson. 

Stefan could accomplish anything he set his mind to do. At a very early age, he built  an outdoor home to house all the stray cats during the winter. 

Mr. Carlsson served in the Swedish Army for 9 years. In 1964, Mr. Carlsson opened a small candy shoppe in town and worked there ever since. 

He and his wife, Aneka, enjoyed traveling to Greece on vacations throughout their life. Stefan and Aneka recently moved to Nashville to be with family. 

He is preceded in death by his lovely Aneka who passed away earlier this year. It brings us comfort that they are together again. He is survived by his daughter, Juliea; son, Victor; grandchildren, Jeannetta, Fredrick, Thor, and Gustav. 

A lieu of flowers is made out to Alzheimer’s Association in Stefan’s memory.
