Sherry Lee Baker was born in Denver, Colorado to Lary and Marie Baker (both deceased). She was the eighth of twelve children. Sherry attended Central High School in Denver, Colorado and built her life career in Nursing. She loved to cook and crochet blankets. She was a very loving grandmother of two beautiful grandkids. She never met a stranger she wouldn't care for. 

Sherry went home to be with the Lord on November 11, 2017, at the age of 53. She leaves to cherish her memories her son, Terrance Ali Baker; daughter, Lakia Lee Baker all of Wichita, Kansas; brothers, Windell Baker of Wichita, KS, Larry Jones of Oklahoma City, OK, Micheal Baker of Atlanta, Georgia, Lawrence (Lorrie) Baker of Omaha, NE, Shawn Brown of Kansas City, KS; sisters, Josephine Jones of Denver, CO, Christina Baker of Denver, CO, Diana Baker of Wichita, KS, Mary Baker of Wichita, KS, Latonya Baker of New York, Leatha Jones of Oklahoma City, OK. She also leaves behind two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
