Sheila Ramsey, 62, of Riverside, California, passed Thursday, May 28, 2020. Sheila was born to Londell Boyd Sr., and Thelma Jean Ramsey, March 29, 1958 in Los Angeles, California.

Sheila graduated from Los Angeles High in 1977 and received a degree from Mt San Jacinto in 1985. Sheila   retired from County Of Los Angeles in 2010. She also volunteered at the Mount Zion Baptist Church In Riverside, California from 1993 to 2020 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

Sheila is survived by 3 children: Irinda Struat (Rickia Franklin), Claude Durden.3 grandchildren Oryahn, Omarie, and Terri, 2 Siblings: Carolyn Boyd- Ramsey and Catherine Boyd Scott and a host of neices, nephews and friends
