Shanelle accompanied us for a short time here on earth but the memories we made with her will last a lifetime. Shanelle was the missing piece to our puzzle and when we found out we were pregnant, we felt complete. On the day that Shanelle was born, we experienced the true definition of love and our lives began to revolve around our baby girl.
Shanelle delivered smiles and happiness to everyone around her. She laughed and giggled for almost any reason. It didn't take much to get her going. However, Shanelle also had a feisty side to her. She had a lot of personality for a little person. She could brighten up anyone's day with her gummy smile. She was a joy to be around and it brings us peace knowing that she lived a happy fulfilling life.
Shanelle was loved by everyone around her. She shared a special bond with her parents, Shontay Gates and Franza Njane that could never be broken. But ultimately, she was a daddy's girl (although, she said "ma-ma" first). No one could make her laugh like her daddy. Shanelle also shared a special bond with her cousin Goddess, whom treated her like a little sister. Goddess had Shanelle doing things that no one else would've thought of. Shanelle sat up for the first time on Goddess' watch. Shanelle also had a special bond with her grandmother, Kimberly Brown. When her granny put her on her neck she held herself up by pulling on granny's wig.
Shanelle was also loved by her grandparents: Mama Jane, David and Willie, aunts: Brittney, Shanita, Joy Rose, U'necia and Alexis, uncles: Demarko (whom was convinced that Shanelle was his and that she missed him regularly), Antonio, Willie and William, godmother, Ashlyn, little cousins: King and Karter (of whom she didn't want me holding) and a hosts of other family memebers and friends that adored her.
You can to the family or in memory of Shanelle Njane.
