Goodheart, Sandra Sandra died on February 14, 2017 at The Terraces. She was born on April 4, 1933 and grew up in Champaign, IL. Her parents were Jesse Gant and Harold Thomas Smith of Champaign. She attended University of IL and studied business. She married William in her junior year in 1953. She would finish her degree in education at ASU and go on to teach for 10 years. Her favorite grade to teach was fourth grade because she loved children with spunk. She left teaching to travel with her husband. Sandy and Bill opened Goodheart Realty and she became the top salesperson for the rest of her career. Sandra was a Kappa Alpha Theta and active in Panhellenic. In everything she did she gave 100% and had a "never say quit" attitude about life. She loved people and dogs. She is survived by her husband William; 2 children; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. One son predeceased her. The Memorial is scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday, February 25, 2017 in the Yoshi center at The Terraces, 7550 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
