Steward, Sally A.Sally A. Steward, 71, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. She peacefully went home to her Lord where she has longed to meet Jesus and reunite with her loved ones. Sally was born on March 2, 1945 in Casco, WI to the late Walter and Harriet (Sinkula) Bucholtz. She was a woman of strong faith and had a way of touching perfect strangers and leaving a lasting and loving impression. Sally was known in the community for owning numerous antique, resale and consignment shops, most notably "My Closet to Yours" and "The Furniture Inn". Sally is the loving mother of Kim (Bill) Niemi, Appleton and Ken (Lori) Pisarek, Milwaukee; loving grandmother of Brittany (Todd Tahlier) Rouse, Chelsea (Michael) Johnson and Presley Pisarek; loving great-grandmother of McKenna Tahlier and sister of Don (Jeanne) Bucholtz, Madison.She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Donna Futrell and brother Dean Bucholtz.A memorial service for Sally will be held at 3PM on Tuesday, March 7, at Brettschneider-Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit from 1PM until the time of the service at the funeral chapel. Inurnment will be at Riverview Cemetery, Kewaunee.The family would like to extend a special thank you to her longtime friend Marc for his companionship and support.
