Ryan John Dewald of Tawas City passed away at his home on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015, age 24 years.Ryan was born on April 27, 1991 in Tawas City to Todd and Teresa (Boyer) Dewald. He graduated from Tawas Area High School in the Class of 2009, and then he continued his schooling at Delta College. Ryan was an avid outdoorsman and spent a great amount of time hunting and fishing. He also loved hockey and he played on a league at the Huron Hockey Association.Ryan is survived by his loving parents, Todd and Teresa Dewald of Tawas City; his brother, Tanner Dewald; grandparents, Velda and Alloyes Dewald of AuGres and Bonnie Boyer of East Tawas; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends; and his dog and best friend, Lilly. Ryan was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Boyer. Cremation has taken place and his family will welcome friends at Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 4 to 8 p.m. for a time of gathering.
