Rotonia was born to Royal McCullen and Candace Little 1972 in Chicago Illinois.  In her youth, she attended Chalmers Elementary School and attended Austin High School, later transferred to Collins High School, graduating in 1990.

She dated Bennie Carl Washington Jr. in her youth and shares, five children, together. Later in life, she dated Mark Williams and has two children together.

She leaves her legacy of seven children: Ramone Kenneth Little (age 30)- Children Kennedy Bell; Tavaris Carl Washington (28), Spouse Jessie James (27) Children Isaiah Javon and TaLya Rose Washington; Contrell Shanice Washington-Little (27), Damonta Damone Little (26) Children Nicole Little, Markeya Annte Little (24), Mark William Jr (23), Spouse Sheraina Williams children Xavier Sullivan and Zenyatte Harris.  

She also leaves to cherish two siblings Tawanda Ward (43) and Crystal Little (27) and a host of others: two uncle, nine nieces and nephew, plus grandchildren

She was preceded in death by Royal  Mc Cullen (father), Exzetta Little (Grandmother), Coleson Sr. (Grandfather), Coleson Jr (Uncle), Patrice Little (Aunt), Kenneth Little (Uncle). Anonthy Williams (son)Rotonia enjoyed drama club, and majority, in her youth. She worked for Chicago public library for four years, the next decade she worked at varies jobs. She was passionate about affecting the lives of others mostly by a positive change in people.
