ALBION — Roselyn "Rosie" Johnson, 74, of Albion, died on Friday, March 28, 2014, at her home in Albion. She was born on Oct 17, 1939, in Albion to the late Nelson and Margaret "Sally" (Huntsman) Roscoe. On Jan 7, 1978, she married Myron Johnson, who survives. Rosie served as an investigator for the Noble County Prosecutor's Office for 32 years, retiring in 2012. She was very dedicated to her job and fought for justice everyday. She enjoyed garage saling, going to the casino, and loved to travel. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Kelly (Kenny) Miller of Garrett, and Amy Parker of Fort Wayne; stepson, Dan (Sandy) Johnson of Fort Wayne, and stepdaughter, Judy (John) Reeves of Woodlands, Texas. Also surviving are grandchildren, Kyle Miller, Katrina Miller, and Brooke Wendell; seven stepgrandchildren, and 12 stepgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a stepson, Michael Johnson, and a sister, Becky Clewell. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Monday, March 31, 2014, at Brazzell Funeral Home, Albion Chapel, with the Rev. Bret Frymier officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the service.
