Ronnie Gene Keziah MIDLAND - Mr. Ronnie Gene Keziah, age 64, of Midland passed away October 27th, 2016, at Presbyterian Novant Hospital of Matthews. Ronnie was born on November 11, 1951, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to the parents of Mr. Clyde B. Keziah and Mrs. Sara E. Keziah. Ronnie is preceded in death by his loving wife Debra C. Keziah, his father Clyde B. Keziah, mother Sara E. Keziah and sister Frankie A. Keziah. Ronnie was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend. His family was the most important part of his life, and brought him joy and fulfillment. He had a quite and very gentle nature about him. He never met a stranger, and welcomed everyone into his home and heart. He also had a passion for music. As a teenager, he was in a local "garage" band, and growing up, he never lost that interest. Surviving are his children, Veronica Welch and husband James, Elizabeth Allen and husband David, son Michael; grandchildren Natalie Allen, David Allen Jr., Christian Allen, Dakota Allen, Gracie Keziah; great granddaughter Avery Bernard; a brother Gary Keziah and wife Charlane and numerous other loving family members. A heartfelt thanks to the staff of Presbyterian Novant Hospital of Matthews for their exceptional care of Mr. Keziah. Memorial for Ronnie G. Keziah will be Sunday, November 6th, at 5pm at Bethel United Methodist Church, 12700 Idlebrook Road, Midland, NC 28107. The family will receive friends at the family home following the memorial. Cremation Society of Charlotte is assisting the family.
