Ronald Jackson was born on March 27, 1963 at Queens General Hospital in Jamaica, NY to Lillian Maye Jackson and Leroy Harden. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY where he received his GED. Ronnie loved sports, especially his teams (Knicks, Giants and Mets. All NY teams). At one point in life, he dreamed of trying out for the Knicks but had a bad knee injury that ruined his hoop dreams. After moving to Easton, PA he began working for Nexus driving forklift. He lit up any room he walked into and you were sure to crack a smile if you were down.
Ronald "Ronnie" "Ramel" Jackson went to his heavenly home on May 31, 2019. He is predeceased by his parents; Lillian Maye Jackson and Leroy Harden. He is survived by his “wifey” Tanika; His children, Christopher, Ronald Jr., DeShon, Aaliyah, Ramel and Jeremy. 11 grandchildren. 3 brothers; Robert, Cleatous and Joe. 2 sisters; Karen and Mary Ann. Predeceased by his dear sister, Linda. Survived by cousins who were siblings to him; Nadine, Shelly and Jeffrey Riggins. Predeceased by his loving cousin, Stephanie. Along with a handful of other cousins and a host of nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews.
A viewing is scheduled for Monday, June 10 2019 @Boyko Funeral Home 855 Lehigh St Allentown, PA 18103. Burial will be on Tuesday, June 11 @ Rosehill Cemetary 792 E Edgar Rd Linden, NJ 07036 at 11am. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Ronnie's life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to funeral home. The family would like to thank everyone for their continuous love and support during these hard times.
