Nov. 5, 1937 - Dec. 9, 2016 Romeo Villaflores Arceo, born on Nov. 5, 1937 in Sampaloc Manila, Philippines to Andres David Arceo and Remedios Villaflores Arceo, died on Dec. 9, of natural causes. He served in the
United States Navy for 20 years and worked for the United States Post Office in San Francisco and Napa for 25 years. He is survived by his siblings, Ermelinda and Nestor Mirafuente, Herbert and Nemy Arceo, Corazon Adriano, Emerita Arceo, Teresita Arceo; nephews; nieces; grand nephews and nieces, and great grand nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held on Monday, Dec. 19, from 1 to 9 p.m., with vigil at 7 p.m., at Skyview Memorial Lawn, 200 Rollingwood Drive. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 11 a.m., at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 3450 Tennessee St. Burial will be Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 2 p.m., at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon.
