Brundage, RomayneRomayne N. Brundage, age 88, of West Bend, passed away on March 1, 2017. Romayne was born on January 27, 1929 to the late Phillip and Alice (McDonnald) Wanner . She was born and raised on the family farm in the Township of Riverview. She graduated from Nathan Hale High School in West Allis with the Class of 1946. Romayne married George F. Staffin on April 19, 1947 in Mountain, he preceded her in death in April of 1990. She later married David L. Brundage on August 16, 1991, he also preceded her in death on February 14, 2016. Romayne was the Town Treasurer and Town Chairman for the Township of Riverview. She was also the first female County Supervisor in Oconto County. Romayne enjoyed traveling, quilting, and was an avid seamstress. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Romayne is survived by her 5 children, George (Judy) Staffin, Douglas (Robin) Staffin, Kathleen (Steve) Bauer, Mark (Dawn) Staffin, Craig (Laura) Staffin; 3 step-children, Bonnie (Tom) Jones, David (Joann) Brundage and Margaret Breed; 12 grandchildren, Robert, Eric, Reed, Mariah, Karey, Philip, Steven, Jason, Adam, Craig Jr., Daniel and Jacob; many great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Don (Judy) Wanner, Robert (Sandy) Wanner; 2 sisters-in-law, Harriet Wanner and Lucille Wanner; brother-in-law, Rusty GronmarkShe was preceded in death by her 2 husbands; 6 siblings, Phillip Wanner, Roger Wanner, Margaret Koch, Mabel Wanner and Phyllis Hatfield and Bernadine Gronmark; a granddaughter, Christine Staffin; a foster-son, Damon Klumb; a step-daughter, Tina Jones.Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Tabor Lutheran Church in Mountain from 1 pm until the funeral service at 3 pm with Pastor Paul Scheunemann officiating.
