Robert William Kollars Sr.June 18, 1930 - Nov. 5, 2016MISHAWAKA - Robert William Kollars Sr., 86, of Mishawaka, IN passed away at 1:12 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center ER and went home to be with his Maker.Robert was born on June 18, 1930 in Mishawaka to Frank D. and Anna (Alfield) Kollars.On August 4, 1973, in Mishawaka, Robert married Linda Williams.Linda survives along with three sons, Robert (Natalie) Kollars Jr., John Kollars and James Kollars; four grandchildren, Serena, Christopher, Michael, and Quentin, a brother, Donald Kollars, a sister, Barbara (Eldon) Shaffer and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Thomas Christopher Kollars.Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, where visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Following the services burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola. V.F.W. Post #360 will conduct military rites.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
