Lehnherr, RobertRobert "Bob" J. Lehnherr, age 71, of Marshfield, passed away on Tuesday January 31, 2017 at Stoney River Assisted Living, Marshfield. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, 1208 West 14th Street, Marshfield, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday February 4, 2017 with visitation beginning at 9:30am.Bob was born on March 2, 1945 to the late Fred and Mary (Drackley) Lehnherr of Marshfield. He married Mabel Neumann on June 26, 1965 and they later had one daughter, Jodi. Bob was a 1963 graduate of Marshfield High School. He worked at John H. Keel Photography for 43 years as a photographer and eventually manager. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and trapper, as well as a member of the Colby Lions Club for over 45 years. Bob had a variety of talents and an inability to sit still, so he turned his hobbies into part-time businesses, as a taxidermist for many years and then more recently as a woodcarver. He was an extremely talented and unique artist, letting the natural beauty of the wood showcase his designs. He and Mabel showed and sold his work at art shows throughout the state of Wisconsin for 17 years. More than anything, he was a wonderful husband, dad and Grandpa Bob.Bob was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Lois (Floyd) Nikolai. He is survived by his wife; Mabel, his daughter; Jodi (Jeff) Nickels of Green Bay, and granddaughters; Lauren and Payton. He is further survived by a sister; Beverly (Richard) Olson, brother; John "Jack" (Sandie) Lehnherr, and brother-in-law; Floyd (Polly) Nikolai.The family would like to thank the caregivers at Stoney River Assisted Living and Ministry Hospice, as well as all the wonderful friends and neighbors who have provided so much help and support.
